Is a beautiful 30 metre spotted gum schooner built in newcastle NSW in 1951.

Sunset table service four-course dinner cruise
- The meal includes - fresh breads served with a Roast Pumpkin dip, Australian Olice Oil and Malaysian Chicken Skewers hot from the BBQ.
- This is followed by: a fresh Seafood Platter of chilled local Tiger Prawns and South Australian Oyesters, served with local lime and lemon wedges and seafood sauce.
- We then fire up the BBQ and serve Wild Caught Barramundi fillets with an Asian inspired Mango salsa and Prime Australian Beef Skewers with a Bush Tomato Relish, all seerved with a selection of slalads.
- The meal concludes with a light dessert platter to share of Tropical Fruit with a chocloate Ganache Fondue & Coconut Pistachio after dip.

This cruise is a must for the prefect start of finale for your Darwin experience and runs 7 days a week at 5.45pm

TUMLAREN

Is a beautiful restored 20 metre schooner that comfortably carries up to 45 guests.

BBQ Lunch cruise and Tastes of the Territory Sunset Cruise
- Departs at noon and returns at 3:00pm
- Lunch includes a BBQ of wild caught Barramundi andn marinated checken and beef skewers, fresh garden slalads and hot bread, commentary and opportunity to go swimming.
